Dark Milk Chocolate is made by adding more cacao solids than a typical milk chocolate recipe. In this case a Forastero bean from Verapaz Guatemala provides and wonderfully dark tone to our milk chocolate. We have then crushed pasilla chiles, native to Mexico, into the chocolate as is was in the grinder resulting in a smokey, spicey, sweet and milky solid chocolate that is truly something special.

Each order is for 50g wrapped with our custom branding crafted from original artwork by Mexican City artist Cesar Ramirez.
