Goat milk caramel or Cajeta in Mexico is one of our personal favorites and this version comes directly from one of our home towns - Acambaro, Guanajuato. The recipe is over 100 years old and every time we are home we stop in to restock our supply and to eat some freshly made sweets.

This truffle has a milk chocolate shell and is topped with crystalized cajeta and a touch of flaked salt. The center is a milk chocolate ganache with vanilla from Papantla, Mexico - in our opinion the very best vanilla in the world.

Each order is for two truffles gift wrapped with our signature label designed in house with original artwork by Mexico City wood block artist Cesar Ramirez.
